Athlete Training Programs Include
Pre-sent questionnaire to understand your training goals and needs, as well as your specific training environment and access to facilities and equipment.
30 - 60 Minute consultation to discuss and clarify any aspects of the questionnaire, as well as collect any other relevant training, competition experience and injury information
Bespoke Program delivery (Online programmes via XPS Sideline), google docs options and online access, all downloadable and easily accessed on digital devices.
30 - 60 minute online review and explanation of the upcoming training plans – over 4, 8,12 or 16 weeks.
Programme Reviews to track and monitor athlete progress, allowing timely adjustments to optimise training phases and performance. This includes baseline measurements, useful data, insights, and skilful guidance.
