Sports Injuries or long term niggles are frustrating and can be costly. I provide a high level of skill for the assessment and rehabilitation of a range sports Injuries. Helping athletes and Individuals of all ages and performance levels. I work with athletes within professional sport, amateur athletes and Individuals.

1 to 1 Rehabilitation sessions and programmes from Early to Late Stage, back to Return to Performance and Competition and beyond. I create bespoke rehabilitation programmes sent directly on digital and online devices.

This Involves collaborating with medical practitioners using evidence based rehabilitation strategies and my experience to ensure my clients are able to return to full fitness.

Using my knowledge of sport specific skills and performance, I work to get my clients to a better level prior to Injury. Improving physical and psychological capabilities, I Identify what diminishes sports performance and Implement effective long-term strategies.

Post Operative Rehab

This means guiding and supporting you through your rehab in order to Improve your movement skill, endurance, strength, co-ordination and balance. I will also liaise with your surgeon and consultants to help you gain the best results from your operation.

I have specialist experience with knee injuries, such as Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), posterior cruciate ligament (PCL), medial collateral ligament (MCL), meniscus tears, ankle ligament damage and a range of muscle injuries.
