⚽ It's the same for Women as well and at the same speeds. My previous team were conditioned over time, with their talent, consistency, and professionalism. Elite Pro Women can sprint at 10m/s and comfortably sprint / run at Men's speeds. This helps build an engine / speed gears for 90mins+and means teams and individuals can squeeze teams with intensity.

⚽ The video shows Up and Down work, which is just what it is, getting up and down the pitch at speed, and for recovery runs. Positionally some will do more up and down work than others.

⚽ This is also good for muscle conditioning and tissue tolerance. Focus on technique, pushing off / away from the line using the outside of the foot. Keeping shape whilst putting in the work.
