๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿปโ€โžก๏ธโšฝ ๐Ÿ”Š Speed Training: Learning & Adapting from Sprinting - How to Make Team Sport Athletes Faster. I've been around athletics for a long time, I competed at a decent level across a number of events. My knowledge, skills, experience, and capability went up quite a few levels after a year as Assistant Sprint Coach.

This with the Martey Newham Sprint Group (Elite). Specialising in 100m and 200m based at the Lee Valley Athletics Stadium. When Martey said I knew enough to get athletes fast, it was a very big moment for me.

๐Ÿ’ก๐Ÿง  All adding to my knowledge on how to train athletes, and have a greater understanding of speed and power, together with technical precision and efficiency.
